• Conference registration includes breakfast, healthy snacks, handouts and a gift.
• Registration one month before the course date for a special “early bird” rate. After April 1st, pay an additional $25.
• Cancellations must be postmarked 2 weeks before the conference date. Refunds will be given less a $25 handling fee. Later cancellations are subject to a 50% handling fee.
• No refunds for cancellations less than 48 hours before the presentation
